Hotel localizado pertíssimo da Via Condoti, Fontana de Trevi, Praça de Spagna, Navonna, Coliseo, Phanteon, da para ir caminhando, (Tenho 59 anos), perto também de vários restaurantes, ou seja, Localização Excelente e Tranquila!|| Funcionários como Roberto e outros: 6 estrelas, assim como, os proprietários que nos deram toda informação necessária além de falarem algumas línguas, limpeza excelente.||Se quiser comprar passeios eles têm também, assim como, transfer para o Aeroporto.|| Possui serviço de quarto, elevador, Suítes de primeira classe sem barulhos externo e alto bom gosto, a que ficamos tinha uma sala a parte com sofá, armários, outra TV, frigobar, cofre, cafeteira, banheiro com bidê, secador de cabelos e outros mimos de uso diário, um quarto muito bom, com lençóis de algodão egípcio, edredom de pena, blackout e com chinelos como cortesia, única ressalva é que não possuía banheira, porém, no preço que paguei constava a mesma, é bom que confirmem antes com eles; e informam no site que há vista, mas a não há vista alguma, (Mas, este fato não o desabona em nada), Café da manha na Cobertura, com o essencial, sem exageros, porem, não faltava nada, incluindo ovos e sempre repondo o que solicitássemos.||Local sem circulação de veículos somente os autorizados, Taxi, Uber, há estacionamentos relativamente pertos, porem, na faixa de 15 a 25 Euros, mas, nem é preciso, pois esta numa ótima localização. || A única sugestão que daria a eles seria de deixar nos quartos, além dos copos de água, duas tacas de vinho e duas de espumante, (Se solicitássemos com certeza nos atenderiam), pois, hospedes como nós sempre levamos um vinho, ou, espumante para beber no quarto, um simples detalhe, barato e que faria a diferença e enalteceria mais ainda o hotel.||A recepção funciona das 7 às 20h, após este horário você entra no Prédio com um cartão digital, muito simples e fácil de utilizar.|| ||A primeira vez que estive neste tipo de acomodação, Nesta, voltaria com certeza e Indico ! Outstanding! I booked a junior suite. It was very spacious. Full bathroom with bathtub. Elegant and luxurious features like lighting, gold wallpaper, marfil color floors, many drawers and shelf to accommodate clothes. Small refrigerator, two complimentary water bottles every day (3-2 euros each). Daily cleaning ( my bed was made each time I get back in the evening, bathroom clean with new supplies and surfaces and floors impecable). Two big TVs (bedroom and living). Electric kettle to make coffee every morning (with new supplies every day). The bed was spacious and very comfortable. In summary, it was above and beyond, every detail taken care off. |One important think is that the building has an elevator. It is important because most of all buildings are not adequate update and don’t have one. |The interior design was upscale and modern. The contrast on the window was beautiful because you can see the old very picturesque building across the passage outside, from a very modern living.|Also the building is on a passage (vicolo) very small with tall ancient buildings. When I arrived with my taxi, I was soo excited!! It is in the historic center. I walk to the fountain of trevi (6 blocks?) and also to the Spanish steeps, and the pantheon. It was around 5 minutes blocks everywhere. When I came back I recommended the place to all my friends.|You won’t see anyone to welcome you. But they keep in comm with you via text with WhatsApp and fulfill all your needs. |When I arrived to the airport they were in comm with me already, they asked for my credit card to charge a few dollars of city fees. Then they gave the code for the keypad to enter the building. When I arrived there was an envelope waiting for me with the keys cards to the room. You don’t need to deal with anyone and all is there for you. |I was traveling alone and I am not young (63), I feel very secure and take care off (which is odd when you don’t see anyone).|Extra tip: for some reason in Rome Uber is 2 or 3 times more expensive than taxis. FREENOW is the soo to call a taxi as you would do with an Uber. I used every day, specially when I needed to be early in a place to start a tour (you can book the day before). The taxi was every time waiting for me in the front door five minutes in advance every time. To give you and example on price in one travel Uber price was 46 and the taxi was 14.|I hope this review help you to make your mind. I stayed here last night for 1 x night as a solo traveller. It was in a good location, near lots of restaurants and shopping. The only thing is, you definitely need an international SIM and WiFi to contact the hotel for instructions upon check in as no staff are on site. When you arrive and you ring the doorbell noone comes, so I looked up the number for the "hotel" and as I had recently purchased an international SIM I was able to call them and get the instructions. He then whatsappd me so I could send a copy of my passport and advise credit card details for the city tax to be charged to after check out.|The room was a good size for the 1 x night, it had a large bathroom, a lounge area and a bedroom. The bed was very hard, a lot harder than I normally like, but surprisingly had an okay sleep. The Pillows were soft and lovely to sleep on.|They provided soaps and towels etc, although it looked as though one of the conditioners had already been used and not topped up.I stayed here last night for 1 x night as a solo traveller.
