This is not a conventional hotel as it is not staffed 24 hours and has no facilities except rooms.|However, it is well located very close to the Borghese Park, metro access point and most 'hop on/of buses stop a short walk away. It is in a safe area. I had booked a standard room, it was ok for me though quite basic, clean and comfortable and despite it being close to a busy junction I was not disturbed. As my travel arrangements changed due to a flight cancellation I had to book an extra night in a higher grade room. I think that many but not all of the rooms have been upgraded, the second room was much bigger, still comfortable - it was worth the extra charge.|Breakfast is in a small bar cafe very near the hotel and I found it perfectly acceptable. I would have liked there to be some seating, even if a small area if it is necessary to wait for transport after vacating the room. It is possible to leave luggage if necessary. Vincenzo and all the staff I met are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that...

Fabulous little hotel, in a great location, and great value for money. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, as well as willing to go the extra mile (my flight was delayed and therefore my check-in, and he was very accommodating in staying up late. He was also kind enough to send me an extensive list of locations to eat and drink, of which I tried a few and thoroughly enjoyed.
The room is simple, but has all of what you need (AC, clean comfortable bed, desk + chair, cabinet with a safe and mirror, toilet + shower). My only complaint is that the single outlet and it is not near the bed.
The location is excellent, opposite the Marriott (but not nearly as extortionate), just south of the Borghese gardens, puts you in walking distance for almost anything you'd want to do in Rome.
Pricing is very reasonable taking all of these things into account. I will happily recommend anyone...
Read moreI stayed here on the 6th and 7th of June and I just want to make you aware my jacket and cardigan was stolen from my room so really this is to advise anyone staying here in the coming weeks. I had to pay a surcharge as I arrived late for check in that was ok as it was in the terms and conditions but when I was checking out there was no one at reception to advise of my items missing so I wrote a note and left it on the reception desk with my number on it and nobody bothered to ring me back. I really do think I deserve my surcharge refunded plus my items that were taking. This is also advertised as a Hotel on some websites which is misleading as it is only a B&B. What is one to do when they go away don’t have the room cleaned and have wardrobes that can be locked so nothing won’t be stolen instead of a tiny safe. ?.?..? Very...
