Moma Caffè — Restaurant in Rome

Went for a coffee, got it in the bar even said that verbaly, aince we know on the table it's more expensive. We were aware that if purchasing on the table you pay double price. One of the workers said we can sit while we were drinking coffee in the bar since he said we can sit, we did what he offered. I explained them the situation and they refused to charge bar price, but table instead. Lesson learned, never accept any offer since it's easy to manipulate like that and say "sorry nothing we can do about it even though we said you can" like if we sat there by our own without anyones voice. Coffee was good like any other weve tried. Careleaa behaviour and how they tried de escalate the situation, asking for cash payment when we tried to pay with debit card personally deserves 1star. Racist, no customer service & rude.

we ordered iced vanilla latte, hot oat vanilla latte & hot caramel latte. staff asked for preference of milk but disregarded everything. only one cup was made correctly, but “iced vanilla latte” was a cup of white soy milk. when we questioned if there’s coffee inside and said we can’t taste any, response was “this is italia”. when the staff tried to squeeze more vanilla syrup into the cup, syrup/milk very obviously splashed on our jacket but he completely ignored us. did not even offer tissues or an apology. can’t believe we paid €3.20 per...

Very good (and rather cheap) food and drinks, with plenty of vegan options. We wanted to have a little breakfast, and were very happy to see it open on all saints' day. We had a great time and managed to get understood even though we don't speak Italian (some waiters speak enough English).
