Firstly, we arrived at check-in time and were super poorly attended by the clerk. So we were surprised by the news that our room was not ready but that he would take us to another hotel and only the next day we would return to the hotel we booked at first. So we agreed, he made us walk down the street while it was raining too much, I asked that we go back to the hotel because I was sick and could not get wet with rain. As the rain did not pass and he gave us no support with locomotion via vehicle (he wanted to take us walking to another hotel that we did not know where he was) I requested the cancellation as he would look for another place to stay and he refused to do. That's when a big mess started. Because we booked a room and we did not have access to it and we could not cancel because the attendant did not want to make the charge. He offended me, humiliated me, offended my native country and my naturalness, told us to call the police and even mocked that we would not be able to communicate because we did not speak Italian. After much insistence she canceled the reservation. We were waiting for the uber to arrive and that was when he humiliated us, telling us to wait in the street and in the rain and tossed our bags out of the Hall of...
Read moreThe staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was no problem with late check-in. The only minor drawback was that check-in was only until 11 PM, and I was a bit stressed when traveling from the airport after a flight delay. The location was excellent, about 10 minutes to Termini station, about 3 minutes to Metro A, and bus and tram stops were also nearby. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The living conditions were very good for Rome (which, in my opinion, has a generally poor accommodation base). The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the room was clean, fresh, and cleaned daily. The air conditioning was excellent, though a small drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. 😊 There was a kettle in the room, and tea was available at the reception. Contact with the owner/staff was very quick via WhatsApp. The bad things: A slightly uncomfortable mattress, thin walls, but after a whole day of sightseeing you can quickly...

I booked a room in october for our stay in april. I wanted to book early because I am taking my 81 year old grandpa on his first vacation and I wanted everything to be arranged.
ONE WEEK before my stay out of nowhere the owner cancels my reservation. I call him and he says he only has room for 4/6 nights (I assume he rented the other 2 nights to someone else for more money)
I inform the hotel booking agency of this and this man calls me on my personal phone, SO angry that I 'snitched' on him. Offering to let me stay for 200 euros cash but he could not email this promise to me.
Terrible terrible service, I truly dislike this man, I had to book another hotel lastminute for literally triple the price I initially paid. My family does not come from money and my grandpa has a small pension so this was a great setback. Do not book...
