All in all I would say my stay at this place felt like a bad joke. The expectations were high, the result was low. My pictures show what the expectations and what the reality was... When I booked my room through the website of the hotel it looked rather different then from the pictures. The "window view" was on a wall of the building with an AC right outside the window which was very loud and annoying. The breakfast was also a joke and nothing like on the pictures. To have your breakfast you have to go to a cafe outside the hotel not far away only for them to tell you that you can choose between two different croissants, since the rest is "sold out". The biggest joke was the safe in the room: you close it with a code that you choose, but if you press 0 six times it opens! Makes you and your valuables feel real safe, right?:D The shelve in the bathroom was super rusty and disgusting and the walls had mildew on them. The bed in my room was rather small: I'm 182cm tall and I didn't fit. I didn't measure it but I'm pretty sure the bed was 180cm x160cm long, probably a standard 200cm x 160cm mattress simply didn't fit. The door to the room sounded like a curtain, since you could hear absolutely everything that happened outside and even in the rooms across the hall. I have to say that I feel very much ripped off after my stay here and I wonder where all the good reviews came (probably bought though cheap Chinese accounts). The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and this is the reason why it didn't get one star. The communication with the host was via whatsapp and I had to write several times to get an info regarding breakfast and also my invoice.

Such a wonderful stay!!! The location is great, near to all the main touristic attractions like piazza Navona, Largo Argentina, Campo dei fiori, Piazza Venezia and so on. Room and comun space were clean. Such a cousy and peacful room after a long walk to see the eternal city made our stay still better. The staff is friendly and availbale for all of our requests or information. No more than this you need to visit Rome!!!

Town House Campo di Fiori is a great place to stay. It’s in historic area of Rome. The rooms are stylish and very well managed. The communication was very good with with the guy who we dealt with. Please refer to the photo showing how close it is to the historic Campo di Fiori. Next time in Rome we will want to stay at the Town House Campo di Fiori again!

This little hotel operation does it very well! The rooms are modern, the showers have powerful heads (and mood lightning!) a stocked mini fridge with very reasonable prices and a comfortable bed and smart TV on the wall with a very inviting ambiance.

Francesco was a great host and let us check in early after we missed our flight due to coming down with a stomach bug the night before, so we needed last-minute accommodation. He was very clear with instructions on checking in, communicative, offered suggestions for medicine to get from the pharmacy and even upgraded our room. For the price I paid I did NOT expect to get a great room in a central location, inside an ancient building with modern amenities. But I was very pleasantly surprised! Toiletries included are things you may have forgot, some toothpaste, shower caps, lotion and soaps, room slippers, etc.

You also get to do business with a hotel owner who goes above and beyond for his guests with the pride that you’d expect from someone hosting their own home on AirBnB.

No, it is not a Marriott nor is it priced like one. But for the cost you’d expect for a night in a 1 or 2 star motel you get a very comfortable 3-star room instead. Thanks again Francesco and best of luck in all...

I booked 2 nights at Townhouse Campo de Fiori for myself and my 12 year old son, using a Wonderbox voucher. It really exceeded our expectations. So central, perfectly located in the middle of what feels like everyday life for Romans, with little shops everywhere, a bustling small town feel all around. The owners and staff are lovely warm people, very helpful. It's great to be completely independent and have your own key. The breakfast voucher for a sicilian bakery/coffee shop round the corner was a great experience too ! We absolutely loved it. Spacious, clean, very comfortable. If I was to choose some constructive criticism, I would say the heating on during the night was too much for us and I would have had the choice to switch it off, and we never managed to get the TV working without crashing repeatledly, but these are very minor points which don't affect the overall score. Highly...
