Haiku (Japanese): 春の風 桜の香り 寿司包む

English: Spring breeze flows, Cherry blossoms’ scent, Wrapped in sushi.

Español: Brisa de abril, aroma de sakura, sushi envuelve.

中文: 春风拂面， 樱花的香气， 包裹在寿司中。

English: Ocean’s blessing, Translucent flesh glows, Waves whisper.

温物（Steamed Dish） - Steamed Dish - Plato al Vapor - 蒸菜 茶碗蒸し (Chawanmushi - Steamed Egg Custard) ふんわり真丈 (Fluffy Fish Cake) 桜えび (Sakura Shrimp)

Haiku (Japanese): 春の宴 ふんわり蒸して 香る海

English: Spring’s gathering, Steamed so soft and light, Scent of the sea.

Español: Fiesta de abril, al vapor tan suave, huele a mar.

煮物（Simmered Dish） - Simmered Dish - Plato Guisado - 炖菜 金目鯛の煮付け (Simmered Golden Bream) 大根 (Daikon Radish) 小松菜 (Komatsuna - Japanese Mustard Spinach) 針生姜 (Julienned Ginger)

Haiku (Japanese): 甘き香り 金目鯛ゆらぐ 春の膳

English: Sweet aroma, Golden bream sways, Spring’s banquet.

Español: Aroma dulce, bailan pargos rojos, banquete de abril.

Final Thoughts - 最後に - Últimos Pensamientos - 最后的感想 Overall, the Kaiseki dinner experience at Kamenoi Hotel Atami Annex was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the beautiful views of Atami and the exquisite dishes, each paired with a thoughtfully prepared haiku, made for a memorable culinary journey.

We had a fabulous time here. However the location threw us for a loop. In my research before coming to Japan, it looked as though this location was walkable according to Google maps. It very much is not. We walked down to atami sun beach from the hotel but would catch a cab back up! Now the view was spectacular, so was the dinner and breakfast included in our one night stay price. However we were also not aware of not having a shower in the room. We had booked our private onsen (we have tattoos so we can’t use the public one, yes we knew this ahead of booking), so it worked out perfectly! Overall a wonderful experience and I think it was just the language barrier on the website that we were not aware of all the details ahead of time. Extremely rude receptionist called Wang welcomed us with bad attitude and we were very embarrassed because there so many people waiting to check in . We booked 5 futon room with 4 adult with 9and 13 years old and he forced us to get another room. We booked one night japanese style sea view room for little over $500 but end up paying at the property $400 extra for 2 kid . Over all hotel amenities and restaurants were good but our room was extremely dirty and not updated even the curtains were ripped with huge hole, dirty carpet , some of the doors are fixed with tape and broken corners and it...
