A Perfect Culinary Experience in Fukuoka
From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we knew we were in for something special. Tucked into a private cubicle with a serene view of the main river in Fukuoka, the ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The sashimi platter was a true work of art — fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with delicate, clean flavors. Every piece, from the melt-in-your-mouth maguro to the perfectly sliced tai and buttery yellowtail, was a testament to the chef’s precision and dedication to quality. And the sushi? Simply outstanding — masterfully crafted and impeccably balanced.
To complement the meal, we enjoyed an excellent selection of sake and ice-cold Japanese beer, both of which elevated the flavors and added to the overall experience.
This restaurant is a hidden gem that combines exquisite food, thoughtful service, and a peaceful setting. Whether you’re a seasoned sushi lover or new to Japanese cuisine, this is a must-visit when in Fukuoka. Highly...

I was very impressed. Before coming to this restaurant, I did some research and looked at photos. I saw that eating quality sushi not only nourishes the body, but the river view also nourishes the soul. The small, thin brown building is striking but eye-catching. I chose the 4,500 yen lunch set menu because I was interested in the sea urchin, ikura, large shrimp, and otoro. The fish was of high quality, fresh, sweet, and refreshing. The lunch set includes steamed eggs, soup, and a small appetizer. The chef will introduce the fish and its origins, as well as the sauces that go well with each type of fish. The restaurant is currently offering a happy hour where drinks are 50% off. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for this...

The lunch set was perfect as I often struggle to decide. The second floor seating offers private rooms overlooking the river. I loved hearing laughter from the other rooms, and I was offered an upgraded room after being seated with large, beautiful windows. I was already planning to write a review but their offer of complimentary ice cream or coffee after doing so certainly sweetened the deal. I come to Japan several times a year and will...
