A small hotel tucked away in an alley. We walk right by at first and didn't even see it. This hotel is clean, easy to navigate and doesn't have a huge amount of amenities. There's a washer dryer (500 yen total) on first floor with the vending machines. There's a tiny garden out front and that's it. Honestly, if you're in Kyoto you will be out exploring anyway. It's close enough to Gojo subway which is one station away from Kyoto Station. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. Price per night is excellent and affordable. Read moreThis is a hotel for exploring the city. It's close to the karasuma goyo station so it is easy to get around. Unfortunately there are limited dining around the hotel so be prepared to travel quite a bit for decent food. It's close to Gion and not far from Nishiki market. Staff is super friendly. English can be a chalange some times but they make all the effort to understand with translation apps and whatnot.
