We loved our 3 nights here during sakura season. It was the perfect location for easy access to two public transit lines. The experience was very cool and the bathtub was the highlight for everyone in the group. Tucked away off a quiet street, we loved the vibe of this townhouse and even saw some geiko walking the streets around 9pm. The only thing we wished was a little different was the western style room- the mattresses were stiff and the pokey springs difficult to sleep on.

Great place to stay in Kyoto. Ideal location, wonderful traditional home with all the modern features. Note it has a steep staircase.... And the western bedroom setup has to large single beds .... Just like back in the halls of residence at University..... You'll work it out. Helpful and friendly service...
