While trying to escape the tourist crowds, I stumbled upon this hidden gem and ended up having some of the best sushi I’ve ever tasted in my life. When I first arrived, I was the only customer but soon a steady stream of locals and regulars began to trickle in.

The chef was truly a master; each slice of sashimi was perfectly cut, impossibly fresh and the sushi selection reflected only the best of what was available that day. The experience was so memorable that I returned for dinner the very next evening. It felt so welcoming and familiar, like a place I had been coming to for years.

If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic spot with no-frills, soft jazz playing gently in the background and top-tier sushi, I can’t recommend this...

We‘ve been looking for a sushi sushi place recommended by our hotel and stumbled across this small and beautiful place by accident. It was perfect and more than what we were looking for! The food was amazing, sake was great and the two were taking care of everything. They were super friendly, and the communication with my 5 words japanese and his 10 words english was very funny - and we figured out almost everything we wanted to know about each other.

As we were quite late for a japanese dinner we were the only two guests. Smooth jazz running in the background.
