Sennariya Coffee — Restaurant in Osaka

I had a very bad memory in Osaka cause 千成屋珈琲。 I have been to Osaka many times . This is the first time I have encountered. Couple days ago I went into this cafe , a women wearing glasses who is working at this cafe and use Japanese to tell us something. Of course we didn’t understand , because we are from Hk, after that she was yelling at us and spoke English they will clean up the table, but her attitude was really really bad. After that we waited outside around 20mins. That women came out and sad they had seats . Then we ready go inside , that women uses Japanese ask other costumes did we line up 😡😡😡really mad ! After that I was so mad! And I asked her why the attitude likes that? Because Chinese ? And she said she thought we are Japanese! Obviously she knows we are not! And she said she doesn’t server us! Omg ! So terrible ! What service ? I will tell all my friend this...

The coffee shop has a vintage vibe to it and got a rich history behind it but unfortunately lack of hygiene inside the place. I went today and I ordered the syphon coffee with the berry cheesecake unfortunately there was lots of little flies on the cheesecake and on the table itself. I paid the bill which was 1550 yen and on the way out I kind showed the customer service staff a video I took but her response was lacking of any kind of response to my complaint. I guess I will not be back even though I was looking forward to taste their coffee. I hope they look into it and improve...

Food: Pretty good. Had the egg sandwich, which was flavorful and quite filling.

Coffee: Below average. Had the iced coffee with milk, and it was below average. It tasted like watery coffee that had sat out for a bit.

Service: Disappointing. We sat down and waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Then, a local came and sat down next to us, and they took his order immediately (and before ours). They didn’t refill our empty waters...
