Am here for about 7days, Family Mart and Lawson around the area, nice crépe shop around the corner. A supermarket is a stone throw away. 😁 The location was pretty convenient, about less than 10mins walk from Namba Station. For my booking, Airport Transfer was included under HeyCars from airport to the hotel (Driver will check your arrival flight number & contact you via Whatsapp and update us on where to pick us up, journey was around 45mins) Heading towards the airport via Namba Nankai Line was very convenient and it takes about 50mins -1hr to arrive at the airport (depending the time of the day too) Check in was quite smooth especially when you follow the instructions from the email sent by the hotel. Upon arrival, need to press passcode sent by hotel to enter. You will be required to key in these passcode everytime you return too, so it’s pretty safe. For check in- No staff at the counter however once you enter - a staff will be able to see you via a camera from another hotel property nearby & will assist via “voice” at the counter. Fill up a form via QR code available at the counter and you are good to check in. Pretty seamless! 👍🏼 They are 3 adults, 2 rooms (both have 2 single bed each) and kitchen available. We are vegetarian therefore with the kitchen facilities, light cooking is great with the plates/ bowls/utensils available. A good size fridge and microwave available. Washing machine available (we didn’t utilise them) Seperate toilet and shower area. Cleaners were arranged on our 2nd and 5th day stay. Will come over between 10am to 4pm, very efficient cleaning. Disliked · During the evening, If you leave the windows open a little from the first room on the right. There’s cooking smell from a nearby restaurant. But not too much of an issue as i brought my sanitizer...

Read moreWe were booked at Hotel S Presso South when I discovered at night that there was dust all over the hotel room as if it it wasn’t cleaned at all, the dust on the wall prompted me to look at the Aircon that was pointing towards the wall. I was disturbed to find mould all throughout the A/C unit. I fail to believe that this room was ever thoroughly cleaned because how was all this dust and mould missed?
We were then told that someone could come clean the room but it was 11pm at night and that type of cleaning should not be performed whilst someone is inhabiting the room with all their items in it. We were then told that all your hotels were fully booked, we then pressed further as we could not stay in that room and we were placed in a room in Hotel S Presso Central. At this hotel, we also had the issue of the A/C not being cold at all. This ended up being the most uncomfortable stay of our trip. However, as it was already so late in the evening and due to not wanting to move again we had let it go.
We had messaged the hotel to request a refund but one cannot be provided. Please save yourself the trouble and...
