Stayed in the Japanese style room.
Check in was swift - Taiwanese receptionist assisted to check us in on our check in day. On other days the counter will be unattended.
Shoes are taken off and worn near the counter / entrance as shoes are not allowed in the premises. As it is a hostel concept, rooms are not cleaned everyday but that’s not an issue for us since the toiletries provided are more than sufficient and we were only staying for a few nights. There’s a private toilet in the room, with beds / tatamis to fit around 6 people. We were a group of 4, with 4 big to medium sized luggages. Read moreHere's my two cents about the hostel:||||(+)||-The hostel is sophisticated I'd say. They have substitute the manned for an ipad for you to to the check in.||-Hostel and room has digital automatic lock which was first a bit confusing for us for the first time. But not a big deal afterwards||- Hostel were very neat and spotless. Room was spacious and warm.||- Interior is beautiful and location is near to the popular area (Namba)||- I also love the shampoo & conditioner that's being provided!||||||(-)||- It doesnt have an elevator. The hotel has 4 levels in total - kitchen & washing area on 4th floor, bathroom on 3rd floor. We have to climb up the stairs from the 1st floor (where our room located) to get there||- I rarely see the staff though. I thought they're available from 10-14 pm & 17-21pm. Nonetheless, they're nice and...
Read moreWe were greeted by a friendly Taiwanese staff and he was helpful in providing information about the nearby places of interest including the 24-hr supermarket and specific Namba train station bound for Kansai airport. The rooftop courtyard and pantry were well-equipped for food consumption. We're all happy with their hospitality from a Singapore family. Thank you POLY...
