Based on many reviews and recommendations from online, decided to try the Kamatoro Don at Kurogin in Kuromon Market. They officially open at 9:30am but the queue started to form before that. Joined the queue about 9:15am, waited till about 10am. The sequence begins with you first choosing from the available pre-packed packs in the display fridge, then choose between sashimi, sushi or donburi. You get a number, and the staff will call for your number when a seat opens up (there're about 8 seats around the stall). When you get seated, the staff at the cutting table will start work on your selection, and will serve it to you once ready. I selected a cut of kamatoro in the form of a donburi. It was good, but I feel that it was not as awesome as other ootoro I had. Advise to go earlier (around 9) to see the queue situation or join the queue. I tried to order some sake and they asked me to get from the convenience store. They allow customers to get drinks from other places at a lower price. ( I prefer having sushi instead of sashimi).
