Best little alleyway gem! This place has such a lovely random vibe. Felt like we went back in time almost. Simple menu, but done very well. The toast may have been the best I’ve ever had - with a perfect cup of coffee made by the sweetest most intentional older gentleman, who has clearly perfected his craft. It looked like he was performing chemistry behind the counter.

Most delightful surprise - when you order toast, it comes with a perfectly boiled egg, banana, and then small cookie to wrap up your experience. Truly think he undercharged us, for two of everything it was only 800 yen, though I tried to pay him more. Wish we could have gone back.

I came to this traditional coffee shop after seeing its 4.9 rating — and it truly lives up to the praise. The space is surprisingly spacious for Osaka, giving it a calm and comfortable atmosphere. What made the visit so memorable was the owner himself — an elderly man who does everything on his own, from brewing the coffee to serving with a warm smile.

Even without speaking English, his kindness and passion for his craft came through clearly. The coffee was excellent, the food satisfying, and the prices were unbelievably affordable. I've had the pleasure of visiting this breakfast cafe three or four times now, and it's become a must-stop on my almost every trip to Osaka. . The atmosphere remains as wonderfully homey as ever, a comforting embrace that feels incredibly welcoming. The kind-hearted gentleman who runs the place clearly puts his heart into every dish. His skill in toasting bread is consistently excellent, a simple yet perfectly. . On my most recent visit, I noticed that he seems to have aged quite a bit.
