(chef reco) extreme kuromon soy sauce ramen is flavorful and rich yet not too oily, love the accompanying ingredients esp the pork shoulder chashu. Added extra Beef abura kasu which is like beef jerky but mostly fats

Read moreThis is the Extremely Kuromon Soy Sauce Ramen, with a cut of meat of your choice (I chose thick sliced pork belly; there are sliced roast chashu & beef kasu), a slice of chicken breast, half an egg and two pork wanton, negi and bamboo shoots. This is good like soft bouncy noodles in rich soy sauce chicken soup. The soup comprises 9 types of soy sauces and I was worried it would be super salty but it’s … refreshing lol.

Went there for supper and was there around 9pm on a Saturday night, place was not crowded but owner was friendly and ramen was delicious. Selected the shrimp soy base broth ramen and was not disappointed. Generous portion of meat (you get to select 1 type out of 3, there were shrimp wonton which was not usual of Japanese ramen, egg, etc love that the noodles had a nice bounce and broth was flavourful but not too salty.
