CHAMPION Collectibles 大阪日本橋店 — Local services in Osaka

On my first visit i felt like he lied about the minimum tax free amount to get me to spend a little more (tax free prices were below the counter, maybe he forgot the sign was there?). I came back to get a card I was thinking about and then he didn't do tax free on the second purchase (much bigger purchase) because he didnt scan/check my passport before trying to charge me when he was claiming it was tax free price. When trying to dispute this he suddenly plays the 'bad English no understand' card. I still made the purchase but beware to anyone coming here if you aren't japanese. I feel like this shop amongst other businesses in Osaka charge extra to foreigners. I've just come from Tokyo, Kyoto, Takayama and never had these issues until being is Osaka even though I've noticed English is more widely spoken here. 3 Star because I liked the cards I got. I was looking for some specific Pokemon cards for my brother and had tried afew different locations and including Akhiabara in Tokyo with little to no luck.
