This was our very first stop after arriving in Osaka. If you are looking for a gyukatsu prepared just for you then definitely go here.

It's an intimate place with just about 10 seats at the counter with some additional tables outside. But inside you can see the chef prepare your meal right from the meat preparation to the precise and well practiced cooking. Even the plating is done with care and then directly served to you.

Of course the food itself was delicious. You could see the chef weigh it then clean it up of the tough parts that would lessen it's quality. Then cook it to picture perfect doneness.

I don’t usually post reviews but this place was too good not to mention. My wife and I went on a Monday at 5pm and we were seated right away. You can order a few different cuts of meat with a sauce. The curry sauce was full of umami, and the Demi-glace sauce had a perfect balance of beefiness and red wine. The meat was tender and flavorful with a nice crisp on the outside. The food was top notch and prepared to perfection.

The owner (I think?) was friendly and attentive . In between cooking dishes, taking orders, and cleaning up, he was always checking to see if customers needed anything and always made us feel welcome. We will definitely place it on our lists of MUST VISIT when we are...

The knuckle main muscle premium wagyu katsu over rice with demi glace sauce was nice and lean, well prepared, tasty and satisfying. The sauce not too salty but just perfect. The wagyu premium same prep was a bit over fatty for me so I would go with the knuckle main muscle next time. The peach kakigori was gigantic, with peach sauce and cream, perfectly just enough sweetness to hit the mark; one serving was satisfying for four adults. The kakigori team upstairs were friendly.
