I absolutely love this coffee shop! They offer a wide variety of coffee options, allowing you to choose your favorite. What sets this place apart is that you can even mix your favorite coffee blends to create your own personalized brew, including DECAF!

Not only the coffee but also their hot dogs and pudding are amazing! The barista told me that the pudding is so popular it sometimes sells out before noon. You can also grab your order to go, which is super convenient.

If I had to find a minor drawback, there seems to be only one friendly barista, so during busy times, you might have to wait a bit as he grinds the beans for each order. However, the incredible taste of the coffee and the enjoyable ambiance of the place make the wait fly by, so it's not a big deal at all.

I saw some negative comments, but they weren’t about the coffee. They mentioned things like being able to smoke outside, which doesn't affect the coffee's quality at all. Overall, it’s a must-visit place for coffee...

Honestly this place was okay. The staff is relatively nice but why in the world would you list a phone number and not answer it! I had to go extremely out of my way just to find out if I lost something at the store. I’ve been calling nonstop since 8 am when they opened only to have my calls constantly going to a non working tone. I even had the hotel staff call from a Japanese phone number. They WILL NOT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS during working hours, yet even during non work hours calls still will not g through. I’m honestly so pissed off at this whole ordeal and this business needs to change the phone number to a working BUSINESS number and not a personal cell phone. Another thing that pissed me off is that the worker started to take my order while I was asking about my missing item and then leaves for a prolonged period of time completely forgetting about the fact that I had just ordered! Not Equal Café in Osaka is a must-visit for coffee lovers! We each ordered different specialty beans, and they did not disappoint. One of us had a latte with Geisha beans, and wow—the balance was impeccable, even with oat milk. The ratio was spot on, allowing the delicate jasmine tea endnote to shine through. The cortado was just as impressive, with perfectly roasted chocolate notes that made every sip smooth and satisfying.
