da Haus Ikebukuro — Hotel in Tokyo

Enjoyed a fabulous 9 days exploring Tokyo. We based ourselves in Da Haus. The accommodation was perfect. Only a 3 minute walk to the C1 exit for Ikebukuro station. (Tip: use exit C6 (5 minute walk) if you have luggage as there is an escalator). Lots of great places to dine and shop all within a short walk. Da Haus had everything we needed and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. (Big hugs to you both) We recommend Da Haus and we hope to stay again very soon. our room is on the first floor, and we thought that it would be pretty loud but to my surprise the sound proof is pretty good for this small hotel. The amenities and appliances they use are top notch. Its our second time here in Tokyo and this is one of the better airbnbs by far, the only thing to pick on about would be that while the room and linens are clean, the linens could be more crisp and flat. Other than this, i would recommend this place to people who wants to visit Tokyo area, we had a good stay...

We stayed for 6 or7 nights. This is a convenient and warm place, with wood or tatami smell, comfortable beds, as well as hot water. The small kitchen is so good, with all the machines in need. Also, there is a washing machine for travelers who don't want to take too many clothes. (But there is no awning for rainy days. Thankfully it is dry in Japan and there is air conditioner.)

It's a quiet and good place. We may stay again if there is opportunity...
