Great experience. Incredibly helpful staff. Incredible service. Took lots of time and was very patient with us. Great camera knowledge and the owner is very helpful. We went to a few other shops and this is the best experience we had. Very reasonable pricing and the shop clerk helps you find good deals. Very reasonably priced. Cameras are well kept and the shop owner knows everything about the condition of his cameras (he said not to buy a more expensive camera as it was not in the best condition when he easily could have let us). We spoke through a mix of broken English and google translate. Great technical camera knowledge too and was helpful in buying batteries. We came from London, UK and we are very pleased with our purchases of our good condition Nikon cameras and lenses. You even get a 1 week warranty (which is unheard of). Highly recommend! A lot of cameras. Looking about, I thought the prices were good; some of the Leicas are going for a lot, but they always are. Others are a lot cheaper than you'll find on Ebay. I found the staff helpful and knowledgable, even with their limited English and my non-existent Japanese, we could communicate. I bought a Minolta Super A for 13000, or 137 AuD, it works, it is clean and everything is functional, and on EBay I would pay about 500 for a good one. Why so cheap? Well there may be an issue ticking away but just as likely it has sat on the shelf for a while. The poor reviews here seem to relate to the staff's attitude but I liked the way they did not push cameras on me and gave honest assessments. I came across this store on Google when I was visiting Japan from Australia. As soon as you walk in the store your eyes light up. It is a vintage camera persons heaven! I had one specific goal in mind, to find an authentic Japanese vintage film camera with automatic flash. The store owner promptly helped me and although I didn’t speak much Japanese, he was more than happy to help with my requests through translate with a smile.
