🫧Housekeeping is immaculate. For this, I am so grateful. It is so hard for me to relax in a place that is not super clean.❤️

😇The GM is an angel. She delights in making people happy, and I hope that her guests delight in making her happy as well because she is a very special human being. ❤️

💯All the staff here are pleasant and super friendly. ❤️

🛌My room was super spacious and my bed and sofa were so comfortable. I even fell asleep on the sofa one afternoon.❤️

💰The price is very respectable for the location, level of service, cleanliness, professionalism, breakfast, and the hotel is still new! That means luxurious bedding and towels that have barely ever been used! ❤️

This is a stunning and an absolute gem of a hotel located in a great location in Luang Prabang, with very friendly/helpful staff. The hotel and rooms are so well decorated, with great local artwork and has a very relaxing/peaceful vibe to it. There are only 6 rooms in this place, so it is never busy and also means you are very well taken care of by the staff. The rooms are very modern, clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also big and all the soap/shampoo etc was made by a local company and all natural which was great! Also, a nice touch to have fresh fruit in the rooms too. The hotel provides a great breakfast, which is all freshly made and has several options to choose from - includes local coffee, fresh orange juice and all fresh ingredients for the food. There is also free bike rental - and the bikes are of a high quality - Japanese street bikes. The best part of this hotel is the staff - they are incredibly friendly, genuine and very helpful - they can provide great recommendations for Luang Prabang (and wider Laos), and will go out of their way to help you as needed. They can also organise airport pick-up drop-off off and a tuk-tuk to take you to places like Kuang-Si waterfalls for very good prices. They also offer flexible check-in/check-out and this was very much appreciated! My friend and I stayed 2 nights in the Mango room and were fully satisfied. Although this is not a big size of the hotel, Baan Pila has its own charm as a stylish, cozy, home-feeling mood hotel. First, I was impressed by the introduction of their philosophy and all the staff members. Each place of the hotel was well organized and clean, and every staff was well-trained and super kind. In the toilet, we could feel how much the owner of this hotel cared about single details. Since the mattress was comfy and the air conditioner was working well quietly, we slept tight during our stay. We could choose the next day of our breakfast before the night, the meal was great and much better than any high-end brunch cafe. We were satisfied with their pick-up service from the train station and to Kuang Si Waterfall as well. All the drivers spoke English, so it provided an opportunity for us could learn about the culture and life of Laos from them. The location is also one of the reasons I chose this hotel, for it is very easy to access everywhere in Luan Prabang where travelers must visit. Of course, there are more luxury hotels in Luang Prabang; however, considering the relevant price with this high-quality service, I would say this hotel is one of the best options for anyone who plans to visit Luang Prabang. I will definitely revisit this hotel whenever I have a chance to travel to Luang Prabang. Thanks for the staffs....
