A pleasant place to stay: good room with en suite, friendly and helpful staff, complementary coffee/tea/water all day, 120K incl. breakfast for a solo traveler

Totalmente recomendado.

Estuvimos cuatro noches y genial.

At the start it seemed a nice hotel from the review but our experience was not at all nice.

The day of arrival we arrived at 21.20, there was nobody at the reception, neither a sign to call, likely my girlfriend has booked on Booking.com so we had a number to call.

We woken up the owners by phone calling her. It seamed that she forgot that we had a reservation with her and she gave us a room but only for 1 night (our reservation on booking.com was of 4 nights). The day after she pretended that we change room. For us was not a big issue, except that we needed to put everything back in our luggage.

The new room was on the first floor, next to a building which is in construction and started to work around 6 am every morning so we couldn't sleep well, but that was still ok for the owner right?

The worst was the last night, we came back to our room after a long day at 7 pm, they have cleaned the room teoretically that morning, there was no food in the room. As we entered the room, there where ants going down from the wall to inside our clothes and luggages and even in the bed.

I called the owner which sent me her husband with an ant spray. When he entered the room he was laughing saying that it was also full in his room too, so the started spaying the ant everywhere also our clothes.

When done we went to ask if it was possible to change the room, but no they said they where full, we asked if they could give a compensation for the problem but they didn't want.

We asked to the room next to us and they had the same problem too

Don't come to this hotel, it's high price and there are insects everywhere, not...

We booked in here for 2 weeks stay and paid up front. It was basic but the manager Vu was a good man who could not do enough to help and I thank him for this. However, with just 3 nights left here the owner decided to rent the whole hotel out to Chinese tourists and asked if we would mind moving to the hotel next door for 2 nights and then come back for our final night. We agreed to move but did not want the hassle of packing/unpacking so chose to stay next door for the full three nights. The room next door was not as big as the one we had had at Mano but the owner wouldn't pay the difference so it cost us more. I totally disagree that the owner can go ahead and do what he did. Yes, of course we could have refused to move but we were told that with the hotel completely booked by Chinese tourists that it would not be quiet and it was in our best interests to agree to move. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. We won't stay...
