Mexican food has always been severely lacking in Laos, so I was delighted to find this spot is doing things mostly right. The margaritas are perfect. The roasted red salsa was great. We tried the Birria Tacos and Beef Bean Burrito, and liked them both. Everything they're doing is made with homemade flour tortillas for now, except the corn chips which they use El Charro from Thailand. I'm not a fan of El Charro. Better go with Danitas. But I met the owner and she said she plans to get some homemade corn tortillas going soon. The menu is pretty limited. Most notably missing are enchiladas.
