Iskandar Sinsuran Home — Hotel in Borneo

Been there during fasting month June 2016 with wife.|We take room facing front, seaview + Filipino market.|So far im concern, the room is okay, bedsheet, toilet clean/size okay. Welcome us|Plus, u get fastspeed wifi as the modem just outside ur room that is receptionist table.|Eventhough they didnt provide icebox inside room, they can lend theirs at the back to keep ur food/drinks cold awhile.|The tourist spot just around u, at front got filipino market, at the back the have night market.|a bit noisy at night but still can sleep cuz tired exhausted already walking day-n-night.|Seafood attraction also around the corner, walking distance.|After check out, i just walking seaside from hotel to Ferry jetty pulling my luggage bag without need to care bout taxi.||*worth it...

1)Staf so friendly|2)Room looks clean,tidy and refreshing room perfume..|3)Nice wifi.. Seriously as multimedia & designer, i already testing ookla speed test. Their wifi result shown almost 1MB Download & Upload.|4)No extra charge if we request to have an extension cable like others hotel..|5)Nice comfort pilow & matress|6) But thier television channel only had one channel which is malaysian television channel = TV3.|7)The location is too near with Kota Kinabalu main tourist attraction which is Philipines Market and The most cheapest fish & vaggies flea market. It is located at level 2, only stairs and no elevator. Self service check in.

The bed a bit hard. Window cannot tightly closed and can clearly hear whatever sound from outside.

As of April 2024 during my stay, the next building currently having MAJOR renovation, the sound of drilling CLEARLY HEARD and very noisy during weekdays and weekend.

So please bear in mind maybe until the next few month. You will get disturb during your sleep in the morning. Even on WEEKENDS !! They just dont care.

The curtain also very thin, and no tinted at all.

Room was fine. But toilet a bit dirty, hard to flush. AC works fine, water heater also in good condition. Also have Iron self service and...
