Not a good experience. View lovely. Food poor. I could not eat the fish cakes, the skewers were average, one of the vegetable noodle dishes was so stodgy it was like one big lump of solid food stuck together like glue. Inedible. We ordered a bottle of Australian Chardonnay wine from the menu (180 RM). 2 glasses of white wine came to the table. I said we ordered a full bottle. We were told we could only order the wine by the glass, not the full bottle. We said OK, but I wanted to see the bottle as I wanted to see what wine we were getting. Was told it would take at least 10 minutes as they would need to get the bottle from the store. (So what wine did they bring us a few minutes earlier???) When the bottle eventually arrived it was a totally different wine (a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Bottle already opened and half full). That was fine. But when we got the wine it was obvious it had been opened too long and was on the verge of becoming vinegar. We didn't complain. We already felt we had been enough trouble.. but if you don't want to serve wine, just say so ! For this delightful meal (1 main, 2 appetizers, 2 glasses of wine, 1 beer) we paid 173 RM ( including 11 SST and also 15 Service charge). We were hungry leaving. Stay away from this place. Much better places nearby on the...
ย ย ย Read moreWe came here to dine for dinner. Service staff were friendly and food were all great. Until, one of the people in our group bit into a screw while eating! We called the staff and they immediately took the screw away. They came back and apologise and just said that he didnt need to pay for his pineapple fried rice (which they suspect where the screw came from). We did agree and did not make a big fuss about it. However, while we continue to eat, the service staff started joking around each other and one of them made a joke that my friend โbit into a shark toothโ then they all laughed. For one, I donโt think you should joke about it in front of customers. It is your restaurant,it should be a big deal to you that we found a screw in your food. Second, I feel they couldve done more that just say the fried rice is for free. Our friend was a bit weary to continue eating after that, like give him a new set of rice? Honestly, I wouldve given a perfect review if not for how they handled that sitch. Especially making a joke about it infront of all of us. Something couldve happened if our friend swallowed the...
ย ย ย Read moreBy far, the best thai food restaurant iโve been to in KK. Location is central, great view of the sea / sunset. The restaurant was clean and meat, spaciousThe staff are professional and welcoming, careful when delivering food at the table. We ordered tom yum seafood, green curry chicken, fish with mango sauce, deep fried pandan chicken. Although the food were made to order, it did not take long for the food to arrive to our table. And the food, superb. Tom yum soup was well balanced, sour savoury sweet tangy hot.. green curry was delicious, the fish in mango chili sauce was superb, the pandan fried chicken was tasty. I was so full but my taste buds wanted more. In the end, i ate too much and felt so full. It was worth every single calorie! The price, is fair, given the location and the quality fresh ingredients put into it. I highly recommend coming here. Sorry, no pics, we just dove in the food...
