👍 Pros: Budget for a 6-bed room. Great for sleep but limited space for luggage. Excellent location: • Right next to a 7-Eleven and restaurant • Only 500m walk to the wet market, seafood spots, and souvenir shops Pasar Malam Gaya (Friday & Saturday nights) is literally 20 meters away – open the door, and you’re there! • On Sunday, Pasar Tamu takes place at the same spot. Our room had a balcony – nice little bonus! *Maybe not every room have balcony.

⚠️ Notes for other travellers: Contact the owner first before arrival. • There’s no reception counter. • It’s self check-in with a code at the entrance door. • No code = no entry. Parking is very limited. • Our rental car got blocked on checkout day due to the Pasar Tamu. • We parked right in front of the hotel – probably not a good idea. • Honestly, don’t rent a car in KK. Use Grab or just walk. • KK parking needs an app now + traffic jams everywhere. Stairs only – but not too bad. My 65+ parents could manage. Noise alert – if you’re a light sleeper, the pasar malam sounds might disturb you. • I was too tired to care, so I slept fine. • But yeah, the karaoke singers… not always great 😅

We are a family of 4 with 2 children below 12. The beds are nice with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. It would be nice if they have the water resistance bed linen too. The room size is various. Some are bigger and we got the smallest room out of their 5 rooms. There was no space to put suitcase, esp the big suitcase. I hope they have a drying rack to dry clothes after the island boat trip. The charging plug is not next to the bed. It is very noisy no matter which room you get. At first, we planned to stay for the beginning and end of our trip, but we cancelled the room for end of our trip due to the noise and layout of the room especially no drying rack to dry clothes. Location is great though....
