To customers, you will wait a lot of time despite past peak hours here because of speed of sevices and quality will disappoint you further. if you want to come to take picture, do that and leave without order, no staff will aware of as they seems to busy running around without progress.

To cafe owner/ manager, i have waited for 40mins and no food yet, coffee arrived after 30mins. here are my observations for your improvements (refer to photo to assess your staff performance) The lady that cooking - observed she have no management skills at all, arranging things around and not making efforts to make progress on order. move the breads from a plastic to plastic then at one point dont know where to put a bun the she has piled up. cleaning the pots with tissue and clothe, folded the clothes again not making progress on lighting up the fires. my 10mins observation she has not an inch made progress to cook.

The cashier guy + drinks maker: he moved the most doing both but doing redundant job with another lady who makes the coffee; eg i saw then arranging the same glasses twice and same spot. not making progress for coffee, hence we waited 30mins just for coffee

another lady whom makes coffee: i heard bustling of ice many times and yet only saw here delivered 1 ice coffee after 40mins. may be she cleans too. but when she pass by empty table with finished drinks and food, make no effort to collect them unless being told too. so not sure what is her roles.

so, easily install some cameras and you can see how inefficient your staff are. and if you are the owner also the staff, please take a break and learn culinary and/or business to improve your services.

Service quality: almost 1/5 friendliness: 4/5. My photo showed not a full house cafe too....

BOTTOM LINE - a really relaxed Korean-inspired cafe with a wide variety of drinks and creative snacks (rated 4.8 / 5, in comparison to other cafes in Asia)

WHY YOU SHOULD GO Variety: impressive offering of coffees (ex. 3 different types of cold brew), teas, juices, snacks and desserts Quality: enjoyed everything I had, especially the beef and kimchi sandwich, with spicy sauce on a charcoal ciabatta. My fiance's iced latte tasted like a pretzel somehow - delicious! The Vibe: super relaxed with a wooded theme throughout, makes you feel like you could be in a country cafe in the States. Solid air con inside, as well. I found my happy place here amidst the bustle of KK.

GOOD TO KNOW - may be considered slightly pricey by KK standards, but still quite fairly priced for tourist who is used to paying equivalent 15 ringgits for a coffee in Australia

Pic is of single origin Columbia cold brew, the mentioned beef sandwich and a peanut...

I think that I can't resist the lure of coffee, no matter where I go to. Even when I was in KK, I just had to satisfy the craving for caffeines especially after a long day. We'd just finished our Mari-Mari Cultural Village tour at Inanam which came with complimentary lunch, and then headed back to the city centre.

What I like about the cafe is the fact that it has a nice and cosy environment. The interior was nicely done with few nook and corner to spend time sipping coffee while working or chatting away. They even have a Mezzanine floor with if you prefer to drink with a "view" - actually not much view except for the interiors.

◾chocolate brownies - love it when the brownies was served warm and drizzled with more chocolate. ◾scones - not bad as the scones were crumbly and tasted just as nice ◾Good coffees were served here!

Staffs were polite, helpful and professional. Overall a nice place to chill.

Note: Parking is quite difficult...
