Room 103 was being regularly get bad feedback cos the shower room drainage pipe is blocked. The staff itself even admit to me. They refused to sell it. But, the boss forced them. I was checked in in this room from 30/04 check out 01/05. Half way taking shower i realised the water almost overflow to my bedroom. I've to stopped. I inform the staff on duty whether can change the room. He said unfortunately no room available. I was so angry. But, nothing much i can do about it. In my intention, I'm demand refund upon check out because I'm not satisfied with the hotel room. In my opinions this is The worst ever incident i have experienced checking in...

The Hotel Price shown on Google is only RM36 on 15-16 December.But when we are paying the cost on the counter,the people on the counter says the cost is RM170 which is Very Expensive considering the room is very dirty,gross,uncomfortable and had so many issues and problem.The back of the pillows is so dark like the pillow got run over a car.Theres so many issues and problem on the room.So i decided not to stay there and take my money away,but the people on the counter says you can't take away the money.So we have to stay there and feel the grossness there.Worst hotel ever visited.Worst...

To be honest , they don't even deserve one star for substandard service given . A place to avoid esp travelling expats or anyone who looking for short stay . It's literally terrible in term of service at counter esp the guy who was supposed to handle all the reservation not only capable of handling it but rude . Poor management and a disgusting ambience ....
