We booked a 2-night stay at this hotel, but it was a highly disappointing experience. Upon checking in, we found that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning—it made strange noises, released ice, and remained stuck at 25°C. Despite informing the reception at 1 AM, the issue wasn’t resolved. A staff member attempted repairs for an hour but left, saying an electrician would come in the morning. By noon the next day, no one had addressed the problem. When we requested a room change, the receptionist initially agreed, assuring us that it would be handled while we were out.||However, upon returning in the evening, another receptionist, may be an Indian Man, refused to change our room, claiming the AC had been fixed. To our surprise, we discovered they had entered our room without permission to attempt repairs, which was unacceptable. When I raised the issue and asked to speak to a supervisor, The indian guy rudely dismissed our concerns and told us to "put it in a review." After much insistence, he reluctantly moved us to another room, which turned out to be even worse—unclean, with a broken bathroom lock, a dirty basin, and most important the ac in that room wasn’t...
