The Toffee — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

Our afternoon at Ur-Mu @The Toffee was so well-spent! We highly recommend a visit! It was educational, yet relaxing. Ur-Mu @The Toffee has organised galleries/sections that tell stories. Detailed placards in each section help provide a background understanding of the artists and their art displayed. We spent about 1.5 hours walking through the displays. And don’t miss climbing up to the Boombung!

I found this place on TikTok — definitely a hidden gem for enjoying views of Kuala Lumpur. Boombong is located on the rooftop of The Toffee building. From here, you can see the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and even Malaysia’s tallest building, Merdeka 118. You also get a great view of the street activity below, and you can watch the trains passing by from Masjid Jamek station. The atmosphere is super chill. From facebook impression, knew that Toffee is the new toy in town (contemporary artscape), hence went to check it out in the remaining hours in KL. The conservator architect's approach alike Bikin Studio, still am not sure which part is conserve for conserve sake, or maybe not, but the appearance is clean, raw and kisch yet modern. Remind me abit of Else hotel, when i stepped in the washroom.
