LaComme Inn — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL I stayed at Lacomme Inn. The hotel is listed as a 3 star, but it should be a half star or no stars. It is a dump. The first night, they gave me a filthy room with a leaky sink and dirty sheets. I had them changed the sheets and in the morning they changed my room. When I returned to the hotel, the hotel had no power. It was 1230 am and I had to sit around until after 2 am with no power. I asked to speak to the manager so he could book me a room some where else and the staff would not let me speak to the manager. They were also rude. One person told me to stop complaining because I only have one more night at the hotel. Then later that afternoon when I returned to the hotel, while taking a nap, the power in my room went off. only in my room because the breaker was tripped. Early morning the next day at about 5 am, I was sitting outside the hotel and a huge rat come near the table I am sitting at with friends. 10 minutes later, my friend looks up and the rat is in the open hold in the ceiling on the wires (which would explain why the power kept going out). This hotel is not a 3 star. It offer 0 amenities for a 3 star and it is very un-kept and filthy . Also, the room they changed me to, the toilet leaked when I flushed it. I am so disappointed and grossed out and couldn't go to sleep because I was traumatized by the whole rat experience. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Additionally, the owners nephew (or so he said he was) is a little creep that tried to invite himself up to my room. The housekeeper spent over an hour trying to ask me how he can get a job in American with his experience in cleaning and cooking. He doesn't clean the hotel he currently works at good, why would I help him get a cleaning job somewhere else cleaning with his...

3 nights stay in family room , we were arranged in family room with 1 queen sized bed and 1 single bed. (as i booked is a queen sized and a king sized bed) i called the reception counter but the receptionist said that is the one that i booked, so there might be something mistake on your website info( pls make it clear).||The stay is not that happy, not comfortable at all. We were arrange on the third floor with no escalator. Luckily we only got two luggages but we suffer after we finish shopping. The free breakfast is at the mamak stall opposite to the hotel. The linen that they provided in the room were totally dirty. On the pillow case itself you can see the dust clearly not only a small spot but the whole surface. After that i decide to take out the pillow case. They do provide the towels but it also dirty. The " white" towel they provide had became grey color(dirty). Brown colour towel with yellow spot.||2nd and 3rd night was raining heavily, in our rooms we saw the watermark appear when raining heavily and also the ceiling of the corridor outside was leaking. Luckily we saw that, we wre trying to tell the staff but when we went down no one there.( might be going out for toilet or food). When we watch the tv it off by itself and my boyfie go and check the plug came out. We tried to use our own extension to plug in it seems the same as the tv plug. Management shud make sure all the socket can be used. Cause one of it cant be use when we charge our phone and there is a " tick tick" sound. At last we banned that socket.||This is totally a bad and sucks...
