I really wanted to like this place. Cheap Pizzas, other Italian food, some good choices... but there are problems.

But first, let me say that my Holy Pepperoni was delicious. It's even better if you add some of the pepper to it. When it's hot.

There's the problem though. My wife and I ordered two Pizzas. Mine came a good 8 mins earlier. I can't eat before my wife. Share with her? Sure but she doesn't like the pizza I like so we prefer to order two.

So while we tasted my pizza we then waited for her pizza to arrive. When it finally came we tried her pizza. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. There was a bit mild flavors mixing together but for a vegetable pizza (Zucchini, Eggplant, Chickpeas) it was really oily. Adding pepper didn't help any.

We wanted a square table when we went in there was one that was not reserved but they told us no. This actually caused us to ORDER LESS. Not because we were offended at that time but because the table is too damn small. I was offended later when no one ever took the table I wanted the entire time we were there. No one. Empty the whole time.

When I was taking some photos for reviews which at that point I was still kinda more positive about, the manager? owner? I don't know some except he works there and is middle aged ... the guy kept looking at me funny and being genuinely unwelcoming and getting in the way of the shots.

Are you trying to ruin everyone's experience? I wanted to tip but the look you gave me of hostility like what was I even doing in your restaurant killed any idea I had to tip.

The more and more I thought about the experience there the angrier I get.

The general workers seem to be trying to do their job but have been instructed by mister poopy pants to rush people and hold tables that won't be used.

My server was great. His manager wasn't.

Just don't go here until management gets it's...

As to simply put, went there once, but not gonna repeat it again. This phrase will explain the overall experience thy we have with this restaurant. I’ve read a few review which stated the staffs were seems to have ‘a bad day’ which we are totally noticed it too! But ours one is worst. We have made a booking in advance before our arrival as we want to have a birthday dinner here. When we reached, they said our name was not listed in the booking and I’ve even showed them a proof of what I have which is the confirmation text and email which mentioned it clearly we had a booking. Thus they seems to unwelcome us as we have the proof of it and seems to accept us forcefully out of blue and they gave us the reserved table and even highlight that we need to finish our session by one hour as the next customer will come as this table is reserved for them. Then I was like? Sooo? What about our booking? This is seems off, the core point of providing the best customer service or even the decent customer service is totally out of the context. I am highly recommended and urge the management to please, provide a proper training to the floor staff as we paid to enjoyed the food at your respective restaurant and we don’t even asked for free food and we choose to dine in at your restaurant compared to others but this is what we get in returned? Feeling off, and so called ‘unwelcomed’ after the quickest dinner, we shifted our birthday dinner celebration elsewhere which are more welcoming us as their respective guests. So, please bare in mind if you are planning to visit here, the foods are totally good and worth of money, but the service? I would like to recommend you to just take away the foods and not having it by the restaurant as you will be...

Good pizzas hampered by an overpriced and confrontational drinks policy.

Good variety of pizzas at a fair price (can feed 2-3 persons per pie ranging from RM30-40+). However, drinks are rather overpriced and worst of all they seem to have a rather strict/confrontational no outside drinks policy.

Frequented this restaurant often since discovering it few months back and was disappointed to find that the bottled water sold here is tiny and overpriced. For a person who needs to drink alot of water during meals, I would appreciate if the restaurant at least offered an option to pay for a free flow of tap water.

Brought along my own bottled water during my latest visit and was curtly confronted by the server regarding it just after I ordered and was settling down to have the meal. I respect that the restaurant have it's own policies, but I don't see how confronting a paying customer during a meal is good service. It just seems misguided and a tad petty and I see other reviews noting the same experience, so it's clear this is not one-off but rather a direction this restaurant wants to go.

I enjoyed the food here, but unfortunately I don't appreciate being confronted about mere water when the offerings are inadequate and I'm already paying for a meal, it just felt like the establishment is more interested in nickles-and-dimes than retaining frequent customers by offering good food and cultivating a feel good environment. I won't be returning to this...

Delicious, authentic Italian-style pizza and pasta. Informal indoor and outdoor dining. On a Friday night it's pretty busy and reservations are a good idea! Cash, credit cards and perhaps e-wallet payments accepted. Staff is very friendly but also very busy! Located on the fringe of Bukit Bintang's bustling Changkat bar area, Pizza Mansion is a quiet and easily overlooked bistro wedged a bit back off the street. It's an informal place but nice enough for a date or even a business meeting. Smaller tables set up for couples and foursomes by and large. Pizza is delicious - the crust is perhaps the standout feature. Thin under the toppings but bulkier around the edges. Sourdough (I think!) dough fired in a real wood-oven for a slightly charcoal-y finish. I tried their Magic Mushroom pizza which is big enough for two light eaters or alongside an appetizer. White alfredo-style sauce is rich but thinly enough spread to not make you ill from eating it. Loaded with lots of delicious mushroom bits and flavor. Paired with a glass or red wine it's a great combo! Wine is served chilled and the glass was a little less than half full but was also a good sized wine glass. The only down side is they don't appear to serve pork, as in pepperoni, offering beef pepperoni instead. Not sure if it's a halal kitchen or not but it wouldn't be surprising. Definitely will be back here to see if you can customize your toppings!
