I spend nearly 15 days in this hotel in room number 510. My room does not have a scenery on the river of life but other rooms has such beautiful scenery. My stay there was a great time for me there in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is very clean. This includes the rooms, the floors, the linens, pillows, toilettes, elevator, stairs, and other places. The hotel is located 25 seconds (yes twenty five seconds) from Masjid Jamek LRT station. It is an interchange metro station which can connect you easily with other places like Bukit Bintang and KLCC.
The staff of the hotel are clean, very polite, and helpful. They smile in my face everytime I enter or leave the hotel. The hotel offers a free iron machine in each floor. Also, it offers free biscuits, coffee, electric kettle, tea, and one small bottle of water every day. So, for location, it is a great place to start your journey in Kuala Lumpur. It is close to two mosques, a local market for clothes and other stuff like cosmetics and accessories, close also to a large MyDin grocery, close to local cheap restautants, close to RHB branch, and also close to a bus station.
I do recommend this hotel for all those who look for proper accommodation, price, location, and clean hotel to stay at in...
Read moreMalaysia okayest hotel! First of all, i Had a good night sleep here, so I have no complain about the confortability. I’m not a germ freak/super hygienic person, in my POV, everything’s clean.
Pros : they gift us a pack of “LEE busicuits” With variety of flavour, chocolate, lemon, waffle, ETC. For a hotel this cheap (I’m taking the cheapest package without the window) , I am not expecting that. That helps me get a very good first impression. It is beside a Starbucks. Everything does what it should do (working electric door knob, working shower, working air conditioning, working water kettle)
Cons : Sound isolation isn’t that good, I can hear someone dropping stuff on the other room, footsteps outside. I mean it will be very awkward if the neighbour next door have to do “stuff” They are putting some extremely strong perfume. If you are like me, it is very hard to get around. Luckly the smells faded away when we vandilate the room for a while by opening the door. There is a mark on the blanket. 2inch wide, it looks like it has been fading away with many washes, I personally don’t care that much, like I say before, I don’t really care. The bedsheet isn’t...
Read moreI have stayed in many hotels around the Chinatown area. The first time I came here, I switched between three hotels, and this time, I tried three more. Honestly, this is my favorite hotel. The reason is that the price is the same as many other cheaper hotels, but facility-wise, it offers the same amenities you'd get for double the price elsewhere. Perhaps the best reason why I like this place is the reception staff. Wow, they are so friendly, always smiling, so sweet, and just very nice people. Even when I was an hour late for checkout, they didn't say anything. I asked if I could extend for an hour, and they said, 'Okay, yeah, no problem.' I really appreciated their attitude. They also gave me an extra two bottles of water when I asked if I could refill. They don't have water refills, but they provide two bottles of water every day, and they also give some snacks every morning as part of their routine service. The location is very close to the Masjid Bandar metro station. There's an alley with Indian food, another alley with Chinese food, and another with coffee shops. So, everything is super,...
