There were no complimentary items such as bottled water & coffee/tea sachets, something which other hotels of similar price I have stayed in before have given. The only thing that was provided free were 3 tiny bottles of toiletries. Single room was tiny with barely any space to move around, and ceiling was dirty with stains & black spots. Toilet paper provided did not appear to be a brand new roll but half used. Finally, 2 issues that just goes to show how woefully poor this hotel is : 1) I stayed for 2 nights & my room wasn't made at all on the only day it was supposed to be (I still had a night left to sleep). 2) There was no water at all on the last night when I returned after a full day out, meaning I was unable to shower, flush the toilet bowl, or brush my teeth. When I raised the issue with reception, they claimed that they had been trying to fix the issue since morning (good grief!) & are unable to do anything else at the moment. A bottle of water was all that was offered as remedy. The water only returned the next morning.
A 50myr deposit & 10myr nightly tourism tax were imposed, which only serves to compound the whole negative experience. Recommend for anybody looking to stay at this hotel to proceed...
Read moreWe stayed in twin rooms in this hotel for a couple of nights while visiting Kuala Lumpur. The location is great, next to a Metro station and walking distance of Chinatown (although you need to cross a main road via a bridge).||The twin room was very small though. Just space for the single beds and just one little bed-side table. No room for storage, to put suitcases nor wardrobes.||The bathroom was also pretty small. But overall the hotel has a modern look and rooms are kept clean.||Breakfast is not offered but there is a cafe on the ground floor where you can order some food.||Try to ask for a room that doesn't go to the main street, as it's a highway and the noise is constant (specially the lower the floor you are, we were in first floor and it was a bit silly).||There is a nice common room with a couple of computers and some beanbags and pool that all guests can use.||Overall it's a budget option and good location to explore.||Beware check-in is not allowed before 2pm and they're very strict with it. Also some of the desk staff are not...
Read moreThe checking in was nice and the welcome was warm. Unfortunately, due to a concert nearby, the parking lot charges RM30 per car per entry. The room is cool enough but quite small. It is however enough to fit 2 twin bed and perhaps 2 more luggages. There are limited toiletries provided (soap, shampoo & lotion). No toothbrush is provided, no fridge and no kettle. The room is basic enough for a short term stay. No breakfast is provided during my stay, but deliveries are convenient. The wifi was okay, until midnight when it was down until the next day. The water pressure was strong, but the tap is a little loose, hence we lost water for almost half a day, until i figured it out.||||it is extremely near to public transportations, and around 10 minutes walk to the stadium merdeka...
