Hogan Bakery @ Lion Office Tower — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

We bought our baguettes here everyday as we were staying in the nearby Ramada hotel. The bread was excellent !

The staff that is something entirely different, they weren't friendly and borderline rude most of the time, we basically felt like our mere presence was annoying them...

Special mention to our last day there when all sample food bowls were collected by a girl, followed by the staff then gathering to eat them all without even leaving us a piece of it... We then had to wait for the cashier to finish his "meal" to be able to pay... Quite frankly, if this was a team I had to manage, I don't think a single one of them would make it until the end...

New batch of staff sucks. Dropped by to get a quick cup of coffee only to be made to wait in front of the cashier for 5 minutes even though there's no one else in line. When there was finally two of them who were unoccupied, they decided to serve the guy queueing behind me instead for reasons unknown to me.

On a separate note, I would suggest avoiding their bread during the 6-8pm promo, the bread are all too stale to be eaten by that time. Stay away if you do not wish to leave yourself with a bad impression...

Choice of breads and pastries are little compare to the usual branch I go at Cheras

staffs service is ok , not good not bad , keen to ask me to do review for the bakery and in return want to offer a free fruit cake , I reject the fruit cake but still gonna put this review up .

environment is clean , coffee taste ok . Outside of the shop they have 2 tables and some chairs for u to sit. Now they having promotion buy any pastry / bread ,...
