Hotel Mesra Mutiara — Hotel in Malacca

seen a couple of pictures on the net for Hotel Mesra. looks new, clean and well kept. for a cheap price, it covers all the basics. called the hotel, booked for 2 nights a week earlier. when we arrived, we were instructed to go to hotel mesra mutiara instead of hotel mesra. This is where it gets confusing. hotel mesra mutiara is a rundown shop lot hotel. our room is dirty, and have this really strong old musty smell. theres a huge stain on the blanket. the toilet seat are scrubbed out. it was terrible. not only that, suddenly they informed us, that we need to stay elsewhere for saturday night, because theres a big group coming tomorrow. we need to go. Poor Receptionist, didnt speak english, @3am when we arrived to this "lovely" hotel, was not any towels in room number 109, so than I went ask for towels in recptionis, but they said they dont have any towels and they will have it "in the morning" what was half past 8 and towels still wasnt available, so disappointed ! No wifi, leaking sink and spare water in the room next to bed from A/C.. before we're parking, we asked receptionist if its free parking here, he said clearly YES !
