Don't book here it's not safe at all after a year of my experience i want say all what happened again I was sitting in peace in the reception sofa planning to go have a meal talking to a nice person Chinese guy from penang. Once he left and before i moved there was one guy seems weird talking to himself hiding a sword 🗡️ coming to me. I was not expecting him to attack me until he became exactly in front of me . He attacked me luckily i catch the sward with my hands. I couldn't escape since i was in the corner sofa. He took the sward fast and before attacking again i could run letting all my belongings behind me passport phone cards money and everything. Under the shock i asked for help but everyone was escaping. I understand that but when the ambulance arrived after very long time around one hour the responsible start shouting on me while i was asking him to take me fast to the hospital. I wish i took a grab instead. Unprofessional at all but it's okay until i faced another problem in the hospital. They made me wait for 5 hours 8pm to 1am without doing anything. They didn't even clean the blood as you can see in the first picture. Making jokes on me and laughing. The dr never came. I paid 700+ for the ambulance+x-ray then i asked to leave to a private hospital 🏥. They didn't give me a proof of payment or my x-ray results even if i asked. Sooooooo bad . They said there's no ambulance. Take a grab by yourself. I couldn't even use my both hands you can see how i took the picture with a low angle. The private hospital took 285 RM and did a great job by cleaning as you can see in the 2nd picture. But they said we cannot do anything more until you make a report . I need to say thanks a lot to them . Anyway in the police station i made a report but it was not as easy as i thought. They asked me to go to an investigator . Grab again. Waiting again. Then the investigator start shouting on me and checking my phone i was waiting for 2 hours 3 am to 5 am then i asked to leave cuz my injury smelled sooooo bad . He kept shouting and saying sit down and don't talk. I took my phone after he found nothing against me . I contacted the investigator but he said we close this report. I have been staying in this guest house for 4 times. I have a good memory on this low budget accommodation because of its good location and affortable price. But no more this time. THe large lounge, dining room and 2 bathrooms on 2/F disappeared. The common area on 3/F also gone. Instead, there are 5 more rooms for the guests. You will feel so tight and not comfortable.||The dorm room is untidy, chaos. The kitchen is not clean. Many appliances, tools and furitures are scattered everywhere.
