Seri Mawardah Hotel — Hotel in Malacca

Don't expect too much! This is a budget hotel and don't expect what a resort can offer! About below RM70 per night, the room & bathroom are partially clean, TV has only a few channels with bad reception and very limited space to perform my Salah. And here comes the nightmare, the room smell cockroaches and the smell stuck in my shirt for days! Sigh... Plus side : The receptionist is very helpful-friendly, aircond OK, parking area not so crowded with quite environment. Recommendation : With this price, you can get better hotels elsewhere in Melaka Raya. Hope they'll improve the conditions asap for the sake of Muslim brand (seriously do something!). No repeat, no return...

Doesn't seem to care about online bookings. I've booked 4 standard double rooms on a last minute decision using agoda and already paid in full at 8pm+ (my sister also said the hotel still got room at oyo site), but when I reached the hotel at 1am the receptionist bluntly said all rooms are full, please contact your app customer service for refund. Agoda have this policy where you can't cancel and refund a paid booking after a certain period of time which means i just wasted all my money to the hotel that doesn't have any...

arrive at melaka at 8am..my body already tired and i want to check in the hotel but the door have auto lock so i just press 1 time the bell then one staff(man) came out then scold me about pressing the door ...if i know the door was auto lock i was never try to push/pull .....very bad attitude and scold the customer ....after that he make a silly joke....its never funny you know...please change your staff attitude how to greet customer sometime they not come from nearby most of them like me come just to relax...
