Super OYO 90254 D Anugerah Hotel — Hotel in Malacca

Bad attitude(rude) and not responsible staff . We booked under OYO and already paid for date 1feb-2feb , we came late but we not even cancel the booking because we will stay there plus my mom already fully paid , but when we arrived they said the room already FULL ?! and there’s no room anymore , when we called the boss they decided to give us a room that use for staff to take a break and the room was so smelly because their staff use to smoke there . How we suppose to stay in that room with my mom have asthma and can’t smell the smokes . Such a useless staff , the maintenance staff who came for help us said they supposed to remark in their book if have booking online and keep the room empty unless the customer cancel but they didn't do , they instead just sell the room because it still empty . We really don't understand why they have to do such a stupid thing , very regret for coming to...

The price is very cheap for staying, cannot expecting there will be provided toiletries or anything else. However, our room is near the check-in counter and there was a very bad sound insulation effect, the whole night we can't sleep because of the staffs at the counter who keep chitchatting and playing games loudly... They disturbed our sleep seriously😒 This will be the first and last time...

Not good service, low cleanliness, untidy, not on time for check in.

Unfortunately the room a/c which I book is not working and they giving reasons will cool soon but it was not working to cool at all.

Staff didn't help us bring down extra bed because we must change room due to a/c problem and we were giving a small room of 4 although we were 7 of us.

Not recommended...
