I don't often or even at all write reviews, but I must for this joint.
Owner, please take note !!
I've been to this place a couple of times for drinks. Hands down, nice atmosphere, great service. I have always favoured your place for others in Puchong.
But oh my God as witness, the food terribly failed so bad!!!
Brought my close friend and his family to dine here. I was in great expectations for the food. To my horror, the seafood platter don't even earn my 1 star out of 10 and believe me, I am very understanding and generous with my ratings when it comes to food but OH MY GOD, what a terrible disaster! The seafood I'm totally fine if it is frozen, I've tasted uncountable frozen food at restaurant cum liquor joints like this (yours even portray as a class above the rest when it comes to pricing).
I pay and I expect in return. This place comes well far short when it comes to the food. I mean, how can you even @#£% up a dish like aglio olio???! So spicy !!
Owner, please trust me when I say this. I hope and pray for your success. I don't mean any bad discriminatory or criticism in any form, shape or way.
Wake up!! Taste for your food. Fire a few chefs if you must. Don't let your name fall to shame because you certainly have lost my face to my close friend and his family. Their constant complaints and looks of disgust have traumatised me...
Read moreI recently had lunch here and was really impressed. This restaurant has been around in Puchong for 9 years, and it’s easy to see why it’s lasted so long. The place has a warm European-style interior with wooden furniture and cozy lighting, which makes it great for both casual meals and small gatherings.
We tried several dishes and each one stood out. The German Pork Knuckle was excellent – the skin was perfectly crispy while the meat inside was tender and juicy, complemented well by the sauerkraut and dipping sauce. The Salmon Mentai Pizza came with a thin, crispy base and a rich topping of salmon and creamy mentai sauce – very flavorful without being too heavy. The Carbonara Pasta was creamy, rich, and satisfying, with the pasta cooked just right. My personal favorite was the Gambas Al Pil Pil – sizzling prawns served in garlic and chili-infused olive oil. The aroma was mouthwatering, and dipping the French bread into the sauce was simply addictive.
Overall, the food quality is consistent, portions are generous, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Service was also friendly and attentive. Definitely a solid spot in Puchong that I would return to...
Read moreAtmosphere is good. Comfy, relaxing Food wise: Soup and salad ok. On par. But the baked chicken breast, I would not say it's not tasty but the texture is very very weird. It does not taste like chicken breast. The owner told me it's how it should taste but I have ate chicken for so many years, I never experienced this type of texture. The texture is like rubber band. My guess: They brined it tooooo long already I suspect it's a fake meat. Lol. This is abit over board. But still... Weird. Lol.
Oyster. For me it's not fresh but with th sauce, it's okay.
Overall, I would say food do need improvement.
But coming for drinks and chill, it's good.
P/S: if you see those live band reviews below, as per my posting today, they have stopped the live band. So it's good...
