This does not feel like a five star hotel. I was woken up because of subpar service at 2AM two nights in a row. The first night, another guest was banging on the front door to be let in for what must have been five minutes, calling the front desk multiple times which I could hear from my room. I finally got dressed and went down to the lobby to let them in, both for their sake and mine, but by that time the attendant had returned to the front desk. I know that other Riyads nearby always have someone at the desk and security to ensure this never happens; why wouldn’t you at least take the phone with you if you are leaving the locked door unmanned you know that you have guests outside? The next morning, someone from the desk called me at 3 AM as a wake up call. When I initially booked, I was planning to leave very early so I can understand how this mistake would’ve been made. Except when I checked in, I explained to them that I was no longer leaving early like the rest of my party and in fact requested a late checkout for that same day so that I could book a spa service for that morning. They did book my spa appointments and insured I could have a late check out, but they did not cancel my wake up call. My spa service was running only a few minutes late, despite being the only guest using it, and the person behind the front desk invited me to sit in the lobby… No water, no tea; perfectly fine but not what you may expect from a five star hotel. Finally, a huge pet peeve is when I can’t use the mirror in a bathroom without bending down considerably. I’m tall but not ridiculously tall (6’3” / 191cm) and the mirror in the bathroom did not even reach my shoulders! For some bizarre reason it was just a strip of mirror above the sink and then wall above it. The staff was very friendly, and seemed genuinely kind, but often seemed rushed like they were trying to juggle too many things or guests at once.

Well you get what you pay for, this is a reasonably priced Riad with a service to match this is not a five star Riad more like 2 star at best. We stayed here for a week. The pros - Abdul Jalil and a short old man who work tirelessly all day, Abdul jalil would be their for breakfast and serve us our last Casablanca at 11:00PM. He was the only bright spot in this Riad. Nice safe walk from the Medina and back Clean and comfortable rooms The negative - breakfast is mediocre at best, the bar is dead and staff less most of the time , most of the staff are un engaged and uninterested, we had more friendly conversations outside the Riad then in the Riad as Moroccans are extremely friendly. The SPA is the worst and complete and utter waste of money. This might be trivial for some but the water pressure is extremely bad and the shower hot and cold water mixers don’t work well. I would not recommend this Riad book early as the good ones get booked fast.

Amazing place to stay in Marrakech. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The ryad has an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi (on the rooftop), and a spa. We did the classic hammam which was fantastic. The staff is so friendly and was always happy to help and gives us suggestions on where to go. The breakfast is really good, not a buffet which is so much better. You have fruit salads, bread, pancakes, pastries and you can order your choice of eggs, yoghurts, drinks and more fruits. Everything is fresh and tasty. Ben yousef Madrasa and the Marrakech museum are only 5minutes walk away. You can walk to any sites, really good location. As soon as you enter the ryad, you find tranquility and peace away from the busy old medina. A memorable stay! Thank you so much!

We stayed here in January 2025 and absolutely loved our experience. This charming Riad is tucked away down a quiet side street — peaceful yet just a short walk to the market and main attractions. While taxis can’t reach the entrance, the location adds to the authentic charm.||Highlights:| • The staff were truly outstanding. Kamal, both Yassins, and the team couldn’t do enough for us. Kamal especially went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.| • Manager Mohamed was warm and welcoming, taking time to greet guests personally at breakfast.| • Our room was beautifully decorated with Moroccan touches and very comfortable.| • The on-site spa was spotless and relaxing — we loved the hammam and massage.| • The restaurant served a delicious tagine, and breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options from omelettes, pastries, salad, cheese, cold meats etc| • Service throughout our stay was impeccable.| • The local Italian restaurant recommended by the hotel was an unexpected treasure — don’t judge it by the exterior!||Things to note:| • The entrance can be hard to find; better signage would help.| • No Uber or direct taxi access, but the walk to nearby attractions (10–15 mins) was manageable.||We would absolutely stay here again and highly...
