Best hotel experience. As soon as we landed we had airport pick up in a 4x4 was quick and very good drive. As soon as we got to the hotel the staff where amazing. So welcoming and friendly. They sorted out our trip with Nepal peak adventure and from then we didn't really have to do much . Puspa the manger has been a legend. Anything we have wanted he has accommodated even flights to Bangladesh he has been able to sort out for us. I highly recommend staying here guys and girls you will be satisfied with everything from the rooms to the food to the service . |The location is excellent aswell just 5 min walk from the hustle n bustle of thamel center but in a quite spot to chill. Lovely garden and anything you want just ring for room service and they will bring up to you. Any taxis you need clothes money exchange they will help with everything. Even if you need to ring the bank like we had to they let us use there phone to call them no extra charge . They have been the highlight of our trip and have made our experience with Nepal one of the best . Everything has been easy no hassle the staff are unlike any other. Breakfast was included which is amazing they do these cheese balls that are related good. Coffee is excellent made uth cows milk not yaks milk . The main meals are amazing and everything is really cheap. If you are looking at doing EBC trek stay here don't book with company's it will cost you loads . Wait till you arrive and speak to puspa the manger he will sort you out and make sure you are safe trust me quality place...

This was my first hotel stay in Nepal it’s in Themal which is a shopping district. Super helpful because I lost my luggage in flight and bought all my clothes in themal. super cheap high quality. Vinod was so helpful in so many ways. Translation and guidance when I bought a motorcycle, sent out my laundry even after I checked out!! (Other subsequent hotel would have been $35 just to do a small amount of clothes like 1/4 the cost of clothes through this hotel was under $8. ). Anyways The hotel set me up with a car and a tour guide super cheap the guide was priceless I went 3 different days with guide and actually several days hung out, went to mountains rode on a motorcycle of Vinod’s friend before I purchased I think I definitely had the most fun at this hotel and with staff than my whole vacation I truly made some...

Good thing about the hotel is the service. Quality of food is normal. The hotel has just been innovated, and it seems the whole idea of renovation was left out in between and hastily completed. I had made a telephonic booking , and , was assured of a discount at the time of the check out, with a provision of complementary pick up from the airport and complimentary breakfast. However at the check out , the airport pick was charged, and so was the breakfast, besides there were no discounts on the room tariff. The travel aggregators sites were quoting a price almost 60 percent below the charges realised from me.
