Hotel Flora Pokhara — Hotel in Pokhara

I am a person that is usually happy in any condition, as long as there's respect and honesty. Unfortunately because of the bad organization in the way the hotel is managed i've been loosing money. And even if the staff have always been friendly and welcoming, i feel betrayed since i gave them enough time to organize the change i was supposed to receive. I was also expecting to be in a non smoking room or at least be able to decide if i wanted to smell cigarette or not. The toilet even if used only from my room, was connected with the room next door from a wall that stop its way to the ceiling 30 centimeters before reaching it, allowing in my bathroom and room cigarettes smoke and loud phone calls from whomever was staying in the adjacent room. The very friendly environment was nice to experience as a guest. The warm welcoming and staff availability have been exceptional, but it bothered me when big groups of people clearly having a gathering and a good time in the hotel's corridors/terraces/rooftop would keep talking loudly (as well as calling ever more loudly just outside my room) until 2 in the morning, when the last motorbike would leave the place. I feel that when a place is meant to be a Hotel and not a hostel where the environment is clearly different, should be the manager's duty to make sure every guest isn't bothered by other guests obvious invasive behavior and that there aren't fake expectations made only for the sake of selling the product (partial privacy in the...

Located just near the Fewa lake (perfect location). Clean hotel & great hospitality. The food was great and i mean it 😊. Stayed at this place for almost a week and honestly I am so happy we found this place. We felt very special from beginning to the end. On the plus side, it's friendly; the beds are good; there's 24 hour hot water (electric rather than solar); it's pretty clean; and the location is central.
