We came here late at night randomly and the gentleman at the front gave a reasonable price on a double room (700rs) right away. It's like a 10 to 15 min walk to the main drag but it's actually way better then expected because you can instantly get to all quieter places here because your further behind all of lakefront. It's actually a wonderful location. Once and a while its a little loud but having the fan on wins over that anyway. They serve a great dal bhat if you want on the rooftop and there is Wi-Fi. There's a bit of construction next door about to start so check on that before you say yes. Honestly take a look.

They had sufficient parking for our two vehicles in the front of the hotel. The owner's, Yam Prasad Timilsina and his wife Shanta Timilsina, are very friendly, nice and helpful people. Food can be ordered, they can prepare anything from toast to traditional foods of Nepal. They offer to tidy the rooms daily and shower and toiletries are in line with western standards.
