Worst Experience Ever I won't recommend anyone here. It was our family vacation and we booked the room from oyo app. The food was disgusting. The service wasn't good. The room that we were given hadn't the bathroom lock we request to fix it or change the room but they didn't care. We had to leave early morning by 6:30am to catch up our ride so we paid our bill last night before we leave. But at morning all door was locked. We called the guys at given numbers multiple times but they didn't answer our call. We found the guy working at front desk sleeping in one of the hotel room. We tried to wake him up and pleased him to open the door for us coz we about to missed our ride but he didn't care. We were so shocked that he didn't help us and went back to sleep. We found other guy working on kitchen in another room and pleased him to open the door, he woke up but couldn't find the key. We were so worried and frustrated to miss our ride. Finally after 30-40 mins we able to get out from there. We almost missed our ride.

Funny things they charge us for Service Fee. WOw What...

One star is too much for this hotel. Really bad experience staying at this hotel, found a used condom in the bathroom, non smoking room has cigarettes everywhere in the bathroom. Mold on the walls and bed sheet...
