Hotel Tulip Pokhara — Hotel in Pokhara

This was my second stay at Tulip Inn, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel provides a peaceful ambiance and excellent service. A special mention goes to the elderly staff member (Budo Dai) who truly made our stay memorable. His warm smile and respectful demeanor while serving guests are commendable. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed. I strongly feel that the hotel should recognize his dedication and consider raising his pay as a token of appreciation.

One area for improvement was the television, which was out of service during my stay. I recommend the hotel address such issues promptly, especially when hosting guests.

Ok so I booked a room for three in this hotel through OYO about 2.5 months before . They send me a text message confirming the booking the previous day. When I reached hotel the manager said he has no rooms because he has given it to someone else. The behaviour of the staff is really bad. Such adamant behaviour is regretted. Not a good place, rooms are clean but the cleaning lady was told to tell the rubbish outside the window to the empty neigbour property! Also they let on the disturbing OYO signboard all night.
