Inka's Stone Boutique — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

This is not a fancy hotel, rooms are simple and bathroom with the minimum required, however is what you expect for the price you pay.||The first day we didn’t have warm water, and Cuzco is a cold place. ||It has very comfortable beds, with two blankets and an additional feather blanket, which was great.||My problem is that it doesn’t have a safety deposit box, and my $200 headphones disappeared. I did have other value items like computer and 2 iPads (we were on a leisure travel after a work travel). Those were inside our bags. The headphones that disappeared were on the bedroom table.||Although the staff was very kind, they “didn’t find the headphones” and who seemed to be the owner only said “that should not happen”, but no apologies neither a discount or any signal of concern.||I understand that is an economic place to stay, still you are paying for the room and hope you don’t feel rubbed by paying...

Daniel & staff were so helpful. I needed to book Tours, so Daniel sent for a Travel Agent so all tour bookings were organized over a cuppa at Inka’s Stone Boutique. All tours p.u. from Inka’s Stone Boutique Hotel, so easy. I was sick & needed an English speaking Doctor, so Daniel arranged for a Doctor to visit me in my room immediately. Wonderful service and Doctor. The location was easy walking to restaurants, ‘corner shop’ 50m from Hotel. l did catch an Uber (good value) to the Plaza de Armas as l am 67 yr old, and l wasn’t in the best shape. I may never have another chance to visit Peru, but l will make sure any friends & family stay no where else, but the Inka’s Stone Boutique. Thanks...

Nos alojamos en Inkas Stone por 7 noches y en gral fue una buena experiencia, sobretodo por el personal que trabaja en el hotel, todos fueron muy amables y preocupados. |Tiene buena ubicación ya que está a 20 min caminando desde la plaza de armas sin tener todo el ruido del centro y de los autos (la caminata es en una subida pequeña así que no es difícil), proporcionan desayuno el cual consiste en pan blanco o integral, queso, huevos, frutas (siempre plátano, papaya y piña), jugo natural y variedades de té y café (me hubiera gustado un poco más de variedad considerando que estuvimos varios días y era siempre lo mismo), siempre estuvo limpio, sábanas impecables al igual que el baño. Creo que el gran problema que tuvimos fue el ruido, ya que al ser una casona antigüa no tenía muy buena aislación acústica, por lo que se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en el centro del hotel donde había una sala de estar (las habitaciones están alrededor), por ende eran pocas las posibilidades de dormir hasta más tarde. Nos explicaron que no podían intervenir mucho el hotel así que no tenían calefacción y para las noches que estuvieron más heladas tuvimos que pagar 10 soles extras para que nos facilitaran un calefactor (creo que si no cuentan con calefacción no deberían cobrarla aparte). |Al hacer el check out tuvieron un gesto muy lindo y amable de regalarnos un recuerdo por parte del hotel (el cual ya tiene su lugar en nuestro hogar). |Tengo entendido que están trabajando hace no mucho tiempo así que espero que puedan seguir mejorando, van por muy buen camino!. |Lo recomendaría totalmente para alojarse en Cusco, además tiene una muy buena relación...
