Luna Muna — Hotel in Machu Picchu

This hotel is a budget option in Aguas Calientes. The staff was super friendly. Especially the girl working there took her time to explain us a lot of things, made a print for us and was really really welcoming. The breakfast is the usual... something expect for a 2-star hotel. And we found the sheets to be dirty which is a no-go. We therefore slept in our sleeping bags. We stayed here for one night before heading to Machu Picchu in the morning. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk did not speak English but quickly used a translator app to check us in. Unfortunately, the room did not look like what we booked through airbnb (i.e. no balcony, two beds rather than one) but it was clean and got the job done. Nico was friendly and helpful.
