Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. The rooms are freezing as the windows are deliberately left open to mask the stink of damp. The shower sprayed in every direction except down. The toilet seat was balanced on the toilet and slid off every time you sat down. Dreary lighting in rooms, corridors and stairs. Very very echo-y so you could hear others entering and leaving rooms at all times of night. There was a cat fight in the stairwell at 6.30am that woke everyone up. Breakfast was deplorable: rolls and jam, no ham or cheese, smashed avocado with ridiculous amount of salt in it, no milk available for coffee. No hairdryer at reception. I’d give a zero...
