Hospedaje Turístico - Kantu Inn — Hotel in Ollantaytambo

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. The rooms are freezing as the windows are deliberately left open to mask the stink of damp. The shower sprayed in every direction except down. The toilet seat was balanced on the toilet and slid off every time you sat down. Dreary lighting in rooms, corridors and stairs. Very very echo-y so you could hear others entering and leaving rooms at all times of night. There was a cat fight in the stairwell at 6.30am that woke everyone up. Breakfast was deplorable: rolls and jam, no ham or cheese, smashed avocado with ridiculous amount of salt in it, no milk available for coffee. No hairdryer at reception. I’d give a zero...

Very comfortable family owned accommodation - the staff was super friendly and always making sure we were enjoying our stay. Spacious and very clean rooms, comfortable beds with warm blankets, good showers with warm water. Cute little terraze upstairs with mountain views. Breakfast was also good. Kantu Inn was a great pick! Great customer service, clean, easy check in, with fresh breakfast served. Perfect location near the centre of Ollantaytambo.
